
Bingo and Television
Online Bingo has now become big business and with that we are seeing many television sponsorship deals from many of our favourite bingo sites and adverts for bingo sites now appear on all the major television channels. But is bingo and television a successful medium? Will seeing bingo sites endorse television programmes really make people log on and try the online game?
In one respect, when successful bingo TV sponsorship and bingo television ads are memorable and that of course means that they do stick in our minds. However even though most people know that there is an online bingo site called FoxyBingo after their hugely successful television campaign and their sponsorship of Jeremy Kyle, does it actually make people want to play there?
Bingo and television definitely raises the profile of online bingo sites, there is no doubt about that and many online bingo adverts are hugely memorable. If you are already a fan of online bingo games then you may be swayed by many of the ads, especially ones such as the LittleBigBingo advert offering the tagline ‘Spend a Penny, win pounds’. Surely this would be enough to make any bingo fan head over to see what they have on offer.
Yet if you’re not already an online bingo player we’re not sure whether seeing bingo and television would be enough to make you try out the online version of bingo games.
Given the millions spend on online bingo advertising, something may definitely be working and there’s no doubt that the bingo and television combination is here to stay. Something we’re quite pleased about as we love the brand new bingo television ads appearing all the time.
