As you all probably know it’s breast cancer awareness month this October, this is an issue close to the hearts of many of us so I thought you might like to know there is still time to raise some money for charity while playing at your favourite online bingo site with Bingo for Breakthrough at Gala Bingo.

46,000 women in the UK will be diagnosed with breast cancer at some point of their lives and it accounts for a third of all cancers suffered by women in the UK. It’s a disturbing fact but it’s good to know that due to things like the breast cancer awareness month more women than ever are surviving breast cancer. Awareness is raising and screening and treatments are improving all the time, this is all made possible by events like the Breast cancer awareness month so get over to Gala Bingo now and do your bit to help.

Since 2003 the bingo industry has raised almost £3 million for breast cancer awareness through land based and online bingo clubs it’s a massive amount and hopefully by joining in on bingo for breakthrough at Gala Bingo from now until October 25th 2008 you can make a difference and push this total even higher.
