Lastminute Bingo

Lastminute Bingo is not, as you might think, a bingo site for those in a rush (though the fact that games are played in the web browser could make it suitable for such people) but one from the Lastminute brand. Unless you have been on the moon for the last ten years then you will know that Lastminute is famous for its lifestyle website that offers flights, holidays, city breaks and theatre tickets (to name just a few of the things available) for those who have left booking until the last minute.

Quite where the link between all of that and bingo can be found still escapes us, but there is no doubt that having such a famous brand behind the bingo site will give it a good chance of succeeding as long as the game itself is up to scratch. Fortunately, the game is powered by St Minver, so there are no qualms on that front.

The main game is stable and enjoyable, and there are two progressive jackpots to aim for over and above the regular prizes. The Giant jackpot pays out to those getting a full house in 37 balls or less. The Snowball jackpot is won by those getting a full house in 50 balls or less. The Snowball is therefore easier to win, but the Giant gives a much bigger cash prize.

There are the usual promotions available here, such as a first-time deposit bonus for new members, but there are no offers that link back to the main Lastminute.com site. This will be considered a marketing oversight by many, as many bingo site members would like the idea of playing bingo and getting a discount on their next flight or holiday, and might therefore have been more loyal to Lastminute Bingo. We will keep our eyes on this situation as it could well change at some point in the future.

Whilst it is doubtful that Lastminute Bingo will be welcomed with the kind of media buzz that embraced their original (and at the time innovative ) lifestyle site, bingo players will certainly be glad to have one more online destination to take a look at.
