Party Bingowww.partybingo.comPartyBingo is the online bingo site of the famous PartyGaming network, which is best known for it's excellent PartyPoker and PartyCasino sites. With two spectacularly successful sites already under the PartyGaming belt, we wondered if PartyBingo would be able to live up to the high expectations we had of it. Fortunately, it does! The PartyBingo home page is attractively designed with a nice baby pink and baby blue colour scheme and a cute teddy bear that rekindles memories of childhood innocence and having fun for the sake of it. The theme of fun is continued throughout the PartyBingo experience, with lots of bright and colourful images garnishing virtually every screen you will ever see. Aesthetics aside, the home page offers a wealth of information via easy to use tabs. However, if you want to get started straight away, you can do that by selecting the large PLAY NOW icon. The software takes a minute or two to download, and self-installs at the click of a mouse button. Before you can play, you will need to register for a new account by entering a username, password and valid e-mail address. However, if you already have an account with one of the other PartyGaming sites (PartyPoker or PartyCasino) then you may log in with your existing account. Once you have logged in, you can view the PartyBingo lobby. As well as providing access to bingo, slot machines and video poker games, the lobby also allows you to refer to information from the main web site. This is handy if you want to remind yourself about terms and conditions, read game rules, find out the latest news and so on. Selecting the BINGO option brings up a bingo lobby which offers you a range of different games (six at the time of writing). These are all 75 ball pattern games, but have different ticket prices and prize levels accordingly. The Toon game is a play money game which allows you to experience PartyBingo without spending a penny. All new members are given 1,000 units of play money to use here, and more can be added on request. Real money games offer progressive jackpots in addition to the regular cash prizes, and a handy list of jackpot amounts can be viewed in the bingo lobby. The bingo gaming environments all adopt a very similar layout, with bingo cards in the upper central portion of the screen, the numbers board below, a chat window to the lower right and general account and game information slotting into the remaining spaces. Numbers are called by a lady with a warm American accent, and the site plays a short fanfare sound effect whenever someone wins a game. An options menu allows the player to change the style of daubing, sort cards into order automatically and generally tweak things to suit their personal preference. Chat is friendly and welcoming, but things are generally a lot quieter in the free bingo room than it is elsewhere. This is probably because the majority of players use the free game only when first visiting the site to try things out, and move quickly onto real money games as soon as they are happy with what they find. The slot machine and video poker games are provided by PartyCasino, so you can expect them to be hugely entertaining with very good graphics and sound effects. Like the bingo itself, some of these "mini games" offer progressive jackpots and therefore the chance to win big. In conclusion, we think PartyBingo is an excellent site which easily meets the high standards people have come to expect from the larger PartyGaming network.
